There may be many restaurants in the Lone Tree area that offer a kids eat free or reduced price, but it would be difficult to eat out every night of the week.
That is where the local grocery store comes into play. This weekend, Saturday and Sunday only, Safeway is having a couple great deals I thought I should bring up.
Buy 1 get 1 free on select soups, Doritos, Pre-made salads, bagels, and instant oatmeal.
Get 5 boxes of 
Kraft Macaroni & Cheese for only $2. It seems like these were just on sale for 10 for $10 and I remember the day when they were 25 cents each. But 5 boxes for $2 is a good deal.
A few of my shopping friends like to see who can save the highest percentage on their grocery bills, and with these deals this weekend I just might win. We consider 50% of what you spent a very good trip to the store, for example you pay $100 on your haul, but the ticket says your total saving was $50.

Take the kids with a calculator and let them add up the things you get as you go. It’s a great way to keep them occupied if they are old enough.
