Every Saturday Lowe’s offers a build and grow clinic for the kids to learn how to work with tools and other fun things.

Bring the kids into any Lowe’s store and build a FREE wooden project. Each participant also receives a free apron, goggles, a project themed patch, and a certification of merit upon completion of their project.

Kids Adventure Night at Family Sports Center‏

Treat your son or daughter to an action-packed evening at Family Sports Center (6901 S. Peoria St., Centennial ) while you enjoy a night out on the town. Youth, ages 6-9, can play laser tag, climb the rock wall, ride the bumper cars and visit the eXerGame Zone for a truly interactive experience. Youth will be closely supervised and monitored. Pizza and drinks provided. All sessions operate from 6-9 pm.

Free Bowling for Kids all Summer

AMF Bowling Centers is offering children 2 FREE games of bowling every day this summer. Most AMF lanes in the Denver area are participating. The location for south Denver/Highlands Ranch/Lone Tree would be the lanes at

Click here for instructions on how the program works and links to each of the lanes and their registration forms (as well as address and phone number). You can only sign up for one bowling center, so choose one close to you.

Follow the instructions on the program page to register. Then you will be emailed links to coupons each week for those two FREE games a day. When you register you can also purchase a Family Pass, which allow up to four adults or older children to also bowl two games a day. The pass is $27.95 and good for the entire summer.

The American Girl fall calendar features many FREE crafts events, all recommended for ages 8 and older.

Here’s the November line-up: Nov. 6, 21 & 30 — “Innerstar University Postcard Craft,” Nov. 12 & 16 — “Innerstar University Yearbook Craft,” and Nov. 13 — “Spirit Pencil Pom Craft.” Free activities do not require reservations but we still suggest you call in advance to 877-247-5223.

Free Concert at Park Meadows

There is a free concert at Park Meadows mall at 4pm with the Shop till you Rock tour on Saturday August 28th

The tour features many bands including Demi Levato. At the time of writing this post the actual band playing is not yet know. We’ll be sure to update you when we find out.
